Rockefeller Group Logistics Center at Carneys Point is a 1,126,443-square-foot industrial development in Carneys Point, New Jersey, featuring two buildings—Building A at 596,443 square feet and Building B at 530,000 square feet. This second South Jersey project follows the successful Rockefeller Group Logistics Center Eastampton. Located 2.7 miles from I-295 and 3.5 miles from the NJ Turnpike, the center offers access to key transportation hubs and a large labor pool across the region. The development includes Class-A specifications such as 40’ clear heights, 50’ x 54’ column spacing, 658 auto parking spaces, and 328 trailer stalls, with delivery scheduled for early 2025. The 141-acre site was acquired in 2022 through an assemblage of 13 parcels from 11 sellers, with Curran Commercial representing Rockefeller Group.
