I-287 Corridor Becoming Hot Spot for Industrial

Rockefeller Group recently began construction on a 400,000-square-foot distribution center in Middlesex, N.J., adjacent to the 228-acre Rockefeller Group Logistics Center the company completed in Piscataway in 2019.  The new distribution center will be located on a 30-acre parcel Rockefeller Group bought in 2019 from Lincoln Equities Group and Real Capital Solutions for $30 million.

Complementing a Success

Project is the perfect complement to Rockefeller Group Logistics Center in a market that is still under high demand.

Redeveloping a Brownfield

The property is the remaining portion of the larger redevelopment of a former brownfield site of a Union Carbide facility that was operated for 80 years.

Delivery in 2021

Project will be delivered in Spring 2021 and is expected to draw e-commerce, private users and general warehouse and distribution companies.
