-Demand for Inland Empire Industrial Increases in Third Quarter-
IRVINE, Calif. – November 13, 2024 – Rockefeller Group announced today that it has completed construction of a 259,951 square foot distribution center on 14 acres in Perris, Calif. Patterson Commerce Center includes 36’ clear ceiling heights, 56’ x 60’ column spacing, and 145 parking spaces and 59 truck trailer stalls over a 185’ – 240’ concrete truck court.
“After a slow start to 2024, the Inland Empire, and in particular the Inland Empire East, is starting to see an uptick in tenant demand for new industrial buildings as e-commerce continues to account for a larger portion of core retail sales and given a tapering off of project deliveries and new construction starts being at an all-time low,” said Brett W. Anderson, Vice President for Rockefeller Group’s West Region. “With a 25% plus increase in year-over-year port container volume as of Q3 2024, 75 basis points of interest rate cuts and the passing of the election cycle, we remain bullish on the Inland Empire overall and are starting to see this in real time with more demand from users looking to lease or purchase at Patterson Commerce Center.”
Patterson Commerce Center is located on Patterson Avenue and Nance Street in Perris, fronting the I-215 freeway and with convenient access to I-10, 1-15 and Route 60. The project is also strategically located near the Ontario International Airport, the Ports of Long Angeles and Long Beach and within eight hours of customers in Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico.
Joe McKay, Michael McKay and Michael Fine of Lee & Associates oversee the marketing of Patterson Commerce Center for Rockefeller Group. The building was designed by HPA Architects, engineered by Huitt-Zollars and the general contractor was RM Dalton.
