About the development

Stateline 77 is a 1.04 million square feet speculative distribution center under development in Fort Mill, S.C., part of the Charlotte, N.C. industrial submarket.  The distribution center consists of two buildings, one 814,162 square feet, and another that is 221,000 square feet.  Final completion of both buildings is expected in January 2022.

Stateline 77 is located along I-77 just south of Charlotte on 77.5 acres the company acquired in 2019. This is Rockefeller Group’s second development in the region. In 2019, the company completed Lakemont 77, a 370,000-SF speculative industrial building that was later sold to an institutional investor.

“Rockefeller Group is excited to be developing our second project in Charlotte, where demand for industrial product is at an all-time high from tenants looking to be close to the city’s growing population.”
John Petricola – Senior Managing Director
