Rockefeller Group and MBK Real Estate LLC have partnered to acquire a 182-acre site in Silver Spring Township, Pennsylvania and begin construction of the new Silver Spring Logistics Park. This state-of-the-art industrial campus, located along the Carlisle Pike near I-81, marks the firms’ first major venture into the Central Pennsylvania market—a region they cite as “one of the top performing markets within the United States.”

The campus will include three separate buildings, beginning with two that span approximately 803,520 sq ft and 318,060 sq ft, with a third building of 892,620 sq ft to follow.
