This state-of-the-art industrial campus, located along the Carlisle Pike near I-81, marks the firms’ first major venture into the Central Pennsylvania market—a region they cite as “one of the top performing markets within the United States.”

The campus will include three separate buildings, beginning with two that span approximately 803,520 sq ft and 318,060 sq ft, with a third building of 892,620 sq ft to follow. Each structure will feature 40-foot clear heights, 54′ × 50′ column spacing, and deep 185-foot truck courts to support efficient logistics operations. The location benefits from exceptional connectivity—just three miles from I-81, five minutes to I-76, ten to I-83, 21 miles from Harrisburg International Airport, and within reach of key east-coast ports including Baltimore (86 miles) and Philadelphia (120 miles).
