The four-story structures are positioned between Parker’s Mainstreet and the Sulfur Gulch Nature Trail, offering residents access to both urban amenities and outdoor recreation.

The Juniper features 13,900 square feet of ground-floor retail space, contributing to Parker’s growing downtown district. The project’s design, led by Santulan Architecture, incorporates modern aesthetics with traditional brick elements, aligning with the historic architecture of the area.
