About the development
Rockefeller Group Logistics Center BWI is developing a premier 136,495-square-foot Class-A distribution center with an additional 1.05 acres of industrial outdoor storage in Linthicum Heights, MD. Strategically located at 1305 Furnace Road, the facility is designed to meet the needs of modern logistics and distribution users, offering excellent connectivity and access to major markets.
The building includes state-of-the-art specifications such as 36’ clear heights, 54’ x 50’ column spacing, a 60’ speed bay, 147 car parking spaces, 33 dock doors, and two drive-in doors. Designed by Morgan Gick McBeath Associates with civil engineering by Morris & Ritchie Associates, the project’s construction is led by FCL Builders.
