About the development

Located in Denver’s vibrant River North Art District, Paradigm River North is a new office development, co-developed by Rockefeller Group and Jordon Perlmutter & Co. The eight-story building, also known as 3400 Walnut Street, was designed by Denver-based Tryba Architects. The brick-façade, punctuated by large factory-style windows, evokes the neighborhood’s industrial past. In addition to the double-height lobby and 12-foot ceilings, the open-air balconies on every floor will provide a highly accessible and vibrant workspace that blends the active Colorado lifestyle with the modern workplace.

About River North

The new office development is located in the RiNo Art District, one of Denver’s most amenity rich and vibrant neighborhoods. In addition to being one of Denver’s top entertainment hubs, RiNo showcases some of Denver’s best restaurants, breweries, galleries, shops, bars, and more. Located two blocks from Blake Station, a six-minute train ride to Union Station, and a five-minute drive to I-70, Paradigm River North is highly accessible and surrounded by amenities. In June 2022, the project attracted Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, one of Denver’s most prestigious law firms, to an 80,000 square foot lease. A total of 108,000 square feet remains available. The project is scheduled for completion and occupancy in late 2023.
