About the development
Rockefeller Group is developing Access West Logistics Center, a 258,460-square-foot logistics center along I-20 in Douglasville, Ga on 46.3 acres.
“With strong leasing demand in the submarket and speculative construction at a 10-year low, we are excited to break ground on Access West,” said George Adams, Senior Associate, Southeast Development for Rockefeller Group. “Users will benefit from the site’s proximity to I-20, I-285, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and the Norfolk Southern Intermodal providing for efficient local and regional distribution.”
Access West Logistics Center is located three miles off I-20 at Exit 37. The building will include 36’ clear height, 52’ x 50’ column spacing, 110 parking spaces and 55 trailer stalls.
Stream Realty Partners will lease the project. Catamount Constructors is the general contractor with site work being done by Strack, Inc. The civil engineer is Bohler Atlanta.
