Valley View Logistics Park

About the development

Rockefeller Group has begun construction on a four building, 787,938-square-foot distribution center in Irving, TX.  Valley View Logistics Park will be located on a 118-acre parcel at 1501 Valley View Lane with visibility and entrance points from Valley View Lane and the new Conflans Road extension off Highway 161.

The project will be delivered in December 2026.

Valley View’s four buildings range in size from 120,000 square feet to 257,000 square feet. Users can lease as little as 32,000 square feet as the buildings were designed with the flexibility to accommodate single users more multiple tenants. Clear heights range from 32’ to 36’ with all buildings having 3,000 square feet of speculative office, ample trailer and auto parking, 52’ x 50’ column spacings and 60’ speed bays.

The KBC Advisors team of Nathan Lawrence, Krista Raymond, Will Carney and Whit Maddox serve as the exclusive agent for the development.  Rockefeller Group has selected FCL Builders as the general contractor. Kimley Horn is the civil engineer and Powers Brown Architecture designed the building.
