Rockefeller Group recently completed Cheyenne Industrial Park, a state-of-the-art industrial project consisting of two speculative buildings totaling 145,630 square feet on 7 acres in North Las Vegas, Clark County, Nev. Located at 3102 North Lamb Boulevard, the fully entitled site is strategically positioned near major transportation hubs, making it ideal for logistics and distribution operations. Construction is set to begin by the end of the year.
The site offers exceptional connectivity, situated within a one-day drive to ten major U.S. cities and Mexico. It is also near the I-15 Freeway, Harry Reid International Airport (formerly McCarran), and the Las Vegas Intermodal Yard, which includes hubs for BNSF and Union Pacific, as well as FedEx and UPS facilities.
Cheyenne Industrial Park features two buildings designed for flexibility and tenant convenience:
- AVAILABLE: Building 2: 41,190 square feet with 32’ clear heights, 62 auto-parking stalls, and a 135’ truck court.

The property was purchased from R A Plaza LLC for $8.5 million. Jason Simon and Rob Lujan of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Las Vegas office are the listing brokers for the project. HPA Architecture designed the industrial park, with Martin Harris Construction serving as the general contractor. Rockefeller Group’s civil engineer, Kimley Horn, brings extensive experience in the Las Vegas market to the project.
