Meeting Growing E-Commerce Demand in the Inland Empire

Rockefeller Group recently completed two premier distribution buildings totaling 1.45 million square feet on 68 acres of industrial land in Perris, Calif. The properties are located approximately 70 miles east of the Ports of Long Beach/Los Angeles and provide same day delivery to more than 25 million consumers. This logistics center offers two buildings, one of approximately 1 million square feet – which is one of the largest distribution buildings in the Inland Empire – and a second building, which is approximately 400,000 square feet. Both buildings are state-of-the-art, Class A distribution facilities with 232 total truck docks, 449 trailer-parking stalls and 36-and 32-foot clear heights, which allow for more cubic storage.

Ferguson Enterprises purchased the 1.04 million square foot building in October of 2018. Ferguson is the largest U.S. distributor of plumbing supplies, PVF, waterworks and fire and fabrication products. The company will move and expand its Ontario, Calif., operations to the Rockefeller Group site, enhancing its distribution capabilities from 600,000 square feet to more than 1 million square feet while retaining its distribution center in Pomona.
