PHOENIX, AZ – January 19, 2017 – Rockefeller Group announced today that Enterprise Leasing Company of Phoenix, an operating subsidiary of Enterprise Holdings Inc., has leased approximately 42,800 square feet of flexible office space at Chandler Corporate Center IV. The largest car rental company in the world, Enterprise Holdings operates – through an integrated global network of regional subsidiaries and franchises – the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands. The company plans to use the space for various administrative functions, training and a call center. Enterprise currently leases space in the Southeast Valley and will be relocating those employees to the new facility in Chandler.
“Rockefeller Group is excited to welcome Enterprise as our newest tenant at Chandler Corporate Center,” said Mark Singerman, VP – Regional Director at Rockefeller Group’s Phoenix office. “Like with previous tenants, Enterprise was attracted to the flex-office building concept. In particular, the building’s design allows for Enterprise to build out a call center as well as have conference and training space for up to 75 guests at a time.”
Enterprise’s current offices could not accommodate the growth the company’s Phoenix operations have experienced over the past five years, according to Singerman. Chandler Corporate Center is centrally located in the Southeast Valley, allowing employees of the multiple Enterprise, National and Alamo locations throughout the Phoenix area to easily visit the facility for training or conferences.
“Any time a company with Enterprise’s name and reputation comes to Chandler we are thrilled,” said Chandler Mayor Jay Tibshraeny. “Rockefeller Group has done a terrific job of attracting these types of tenants to the Chandler Corporate Center buildings and it is a reflection on the quality of the buildings but also the desirability of Chandler.”
“Enterprise is happy to be relocating our Arizona operations to Chandler Corporate Center,” said Ryan Todd, Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Holdings for the State of Arizona. “The new office space is well-suited to our needs, and Chandler is conveniently located, enabling us to support our network of state-wide branch offices.”
Enterprise is currently working on plans and will be building out their space and taking occupancy in 2017.
The lease represents a continuation of successful development in Chandler for Rockefeller Group, which has developed more than 250,000 square feet of flexible office space at Chandler Corporate Center since 2008. This building is the third and final project at the site. The company, in partnership with IPA, also recently completed 402 luxury residential rental units at Liv Northgate in nearby Gilbert.
Chandler Corporate Center is located on nine acres with exposure to McClintock Drive and includes 6/1,000sf parking, optional grade level truck doors, and 18-foot clear ceiling height. Rockefeller Group currently has approximately 43,000 square feet of available space remaining in the building which can be used for single or multiple users. The company has seen a rise in prospects requesting tours of the space in recent months.
