“Dan is a highly experienced development and investment management professional with the right combination of leadership and vision to help The Rockefeller Group grow our pipeline and deliver best-in-class properties in and around the major metro regions,” said Mr. Rashin.
“I’m very pleased to join The Rockefeller Group, a company with a monumental reputation and even greater potential,” said Mr. Moore. “We have a sizable development platform and project portfolio today and will continue to diversify by geography and asset type. Our ongoing focus will be on creating projects of the highest quality, meeting the needs of an evolving market and delivering superior results to our partners and clients.”
Mr. Moore has spent the past 16 years with Hines in various positions of increasing authority in New York, Connecticut and Washington, D.C. Previously, he was Vice President with Hines U.S. Office Value Added Funds I & II, with responsibility for investment management of the funds’ portfolio of investments aggregating approximately $1.9 billion. Early in his career, he served as a Marketing and Leasing Manager for Hines in the company’s Fairfield County office, and he started his career as an Assistant Project Manager for the development of 745 Seventh Avenue in New York.
