Tejon Ranch Company and Rockefeller Group are joint venture partners on 500 acres within the Tejon Ranch Commerce Center, including a warehouse facility being leased by Dollar General. The 606,000 square feet building was developed in 2010 and is in a Foreign Trade Zone.
