Louise Ippolito

Louise Ippolito is Director, Administration and Employee Services for Rockefeller Group International, Inc. In this capacity she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Administration and Office Services teams, which include Mail Room services as well as Reception. In addition, she oversees the retiree services, facilities, and the various employee services functions.

Ms. Ippolito is instrumental in the implementation of labor agreements, corporate policies and procedures, all corporate and charitable contributions, tuition and scholarship programs, employee service awards, the 20-30 Year Employee Annual Luncheon, the summer hours program, administrative conferences, employee orientations, evacuation drills, the company’s annual charity drives, and corporate events, such as the annual holiday party. She also oversees the Employee Volunteer Grant Program, which supports the efforts of employees who volunteer their time and talents to non-profit organizations across the country.

A valued member of The Rockefeller Group for 26 years, Ms. Ippolito joined the Human Resources department in 1983, where she handled the company’s recruitment efforts for 10 years. She was promoted to the position of Employment Manager in 1987, and to Manager, Administration, in 1998. She was named Director of Administration and Employee Services in January 2007.

Prior to joining The Rockefeller Group, Ms. Ippolito was a mathematics teacher for more than ten years in the Diocese of Brooklyn. She continues to support the efforts of Brooklyn Diocesan Schools and has served on the Board of Advisors of Our Lady of Trust School.

Ms. Ippolito holds a BS degree in Physics from Marymount College.
