Rockefeller Group has completed a 143,000-square-foot lease at 1221 Avenue of the Americas with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. The new lease, for three floors in the 2.6-million-square-foot office tower, brings the total square footage of new leases and renewals to nearly 400,000 square feet since the completion in early 2016 of a major capital improvement program designed by Moed de Armas & Shannon. Occupancy now stands at approximately 95 percent, with only three full floors and one partial floor available.
