In an attempt to appeal to younger workers drawn to urban hubs, developers, property owners and municipal leaders have been working together to transform many vacant or under-utilized suburban office parks into attractive destination locales that project an “urban vibe.” This movement toward creating “metro burbs” continues to gather steam in counties such as Morris, Monmouth and Somerset, according to several developers who are succeeding in these undertakings.
